Tricia Thurmond moved to Chicago’s north side in 2002 with her husband John and son Nicholas.  When Nicholas started kindergarten Tricia went to work in a real estate office as a receptionist.  After a few months of interacting with customers and learning the importance of scheduling, contracts and negotiations she decided to get her license. Working closely with experienced brokers from the beginning has given her the opportunity to learn from the ground up.

Tricia graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with a degree in political science.  She is very excited about her entrance into the real estate market and the opportunities she encounters in helping her clients.
