Beth Ryan is Chicago born and raised, growing up and
residing on the north side of Chicago. She attended Chicago Public Schools, Hay
Elementary & Senn High School, and also has son Trevor currently enrolled at
Linne Elementary. Beth’s knowledge of the City neighborhoods and
infrastructure allows her a unique perspective in matching her client’s needs to
the best that Chicago has to offer. This expertise facilitates her services
from a sales perspective both for selling and purchasing real estate.
Beth received undergraduate training at Western Illinois
University where she received her bachelors degree in finance. Beth further
advanced her training by attending Roosevelt University and receiving her
MBA.
Her real estate career began from the ground up, starting
as a receptionist in 1988. She received her sales license within two weeks and
rapidly moved through the ranks, averaging 15 sales per year in her early career
and currently averaging 25 to 30 sales per year.
Beth quickly earned the respect of her first employer,
Palormo Realty, where she was made Vice President and Relocation Director.
Beth then moved on to Regent Realty, where she served in a Vice President
capacity. She has recently formed a sole proprietorship and is the
proud owner of Ryan Realty & Associates, Inc.
Beth has been awarded lifetime membership in the Million
Dollar Club and has sold in the top 10% of all Chicago REALTORS. Each year, for
the past decade, she is recognized among her peers at the Chicago Area Realtors
Association Awards Dinner.
Beth’s professional affiliations include membership in the
Chicago Association of REALTORS, Multiple
Listing Service of Northern Illinois, Illinois Association of REALTORS, National
Association of REALTORS, Residential Specialist Council, Graduate Real Estate
Institute, and American Cancer Society – Board Member.
